It showcases the results obtained from samples collected by our visiting researcher in the Central Balkans. As part of this work, we developed a workflow for multiproxy palaeofaeces analysis combining ancient DNA, micromorphology, palaeoparasitology, palaeoproteomics, archaeobotany, and archaeozoology.
